Mr. Mallesh is President of Ｋ.K.Xoro. He is currently leading the organization (comprised of Strategy and Operations), driving business growth and leading/overseeing Customer engagements. He is also Primary Owner and Director of Miraai India Private Limited, the offshore company providing our lower cost Operations support.
Mr. Mallesh has 20 years of technology experience spanning the complete Software Development Life Cycle, a decade of which have been focused primarily on Automotive Embedded Technology Development. During this time, he has either directly worked for, implemented or done deep dive assessments of the major solutions out there, honing his skills for:
ADAS - Performing functional design, testing, go-to-market, strategic partnerships
Solution's - Supporting contract negotiations and identifying tools, timeline, resources, expenses
Program/Project Management - Establishing project plan, governance, escalation point
Mobilization - Identifying staff, performing onshore/offshore knowledge transfer, operational excellence, service readiness testing
Delivery - Developing and implementing people, processes and tools in support of Client engagements
